At Minuteman Press Fourways and Randburg we employ systems and procedures to deliver quality work. The backbone of these systems is the 4P system.

In simple terms this works as follows:
1) We quote for every job. This provides you with a detailed description of what we will do for you and when you sign the quote we have a agreed contract. "Proof of Purchase"

2) Before we print we send you a "Proof / Sample" of what we are going to print. You can check the work and approve or make changes. We only print once you sign off the proof. Check everything in the proof assume nothing.

3) We then "Print". The quote will specify the paper the colour and size of the job print job.

4) Payment would be specified in the quote . If we are printing for you for the first time we ask for a 50% deposit. The balance payable on collection. Payment can be by, cash, card (Visa & Master Cards only) or by electronic banking done in the shop or before sending us the proof of payment.

This system ensure you know what to expect of us and what we will do.

A brief history of our two stores.

We are part of an international franchise of more than 1200 owner-managed stores. In South Africa we have more than 51 stores.
Minuteman Press International has existed for over 40 years and has been in South Africa for 20 years this October. Minuteman Press International has for many years been rated the #1 Printing Franchise in the printing industry worldwide by Entrepreneur Magazine. This wealth of experience in printing is part of our success as we share skills and resources, as required.

Minuteman Press Fourways first opened the doors for business in 2003. We have grown at a rate of 25 to 35% every year from that year on. At present we serve more than 2500 customers of every size and business type you can think of. On average we deal with 25 to 35 invoiced jobs per day, Some are simple copy jobs and others are complex and large. They vary from personised wedding invitations to Annual Reports for large corporates.
Our counter deals with 35 to 60 small copy and bindery jobs that are completed by one person and for which we raise only a counter sales receit.
As we grew we have added equipment and staff to meet the growing needs of our customers. Fourways has a staff of 9 full time experiance professionals.

The Randburg shop opened in April 2009. The previous owner of Randburg having closed doors in November 2008. Randburg has had to start a new and thus we have two staff members in the store but expect to grow. The equipment we have placed in Randburg is state of the art and aimed at achieving the most effective use of our staff''s time by automating as much as possible. We will also centralise some of the functions in one store only. Thus all Litho work will be done at Fourways. We will shuttle work between the stores to achive the best use of equipment and staff thereby reducing cost and remaining competitive.

We have the skills to help you establish your Corporate Identity, provide all your business and personalised stationery, marketing material and operational forms. We can handle anything from a First Birthday party invitation to the Chairman of the Board's retirement dinner invitation, menu and farewell certificate!
